We provide services for patients with Medicare and most other insurance plans. We also provide insurance billing service. Any costs which your insurance does not cover will be your responsibility. That part of your bill not covered by your insurance is due at the time service is rendered. If your insurance company requires that you pay a co-payment, that is likewise due at the time of your appointment. If necessary, our staff will be willing to work out a payment plan.
